BIM Modeller – Mechanical, Data Center (South Africa – Pretoria, 263A West Avenue, Centurion)
Job Description
- Support mechanical building services disciplines (HVAC, Wet Services, Process, Fire) using Autodesk Revit.
- Maintain and develop BIM models following AECOM standards and the BIM Execution Plan.
- Perform Level 3 QA/QC checks and coordinate with Architecture, Structural, Electrical teams.
- Run clash detection in NavisWorks and resolve interdisciplinary coordination issues.
- Conduct BIM upskilling for team members and assist BIM Manager with content creation.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, schedule work, and maintain project‑specific filing systems.
- Read construction documents, understand design parameters, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Take ownership of work, ensuring accuracy and quality of discipline models.
