BIM Modeller – Revit/Navisworks Specialist for 3D & Clash Detection

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models (Revit) and create Revit Families/Components.
• Produce 2D construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems using Navisworks.
• Work with engineers for design inputs, attend site meetings, and update models throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure models adhere to Singapore's codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Extract quantities for cost estimation and procurement.

• Min Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Drafting or related field
• Min 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiarity with ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) and security systems.
• Autodesk Revit and Navisworks is essential.
