We are seeking a highly skilled anddetail-oriented BIM Space Management Engineer to bridge the gap betweenour construction delivery model and future Facility Management (FM) needs.
The ideal candidate will leverage BIMmodels to manage, validate, and deliver accurate spatial and asset informationfor the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Singapore's BIMGuide and Asset Information Delivery requirements.
