Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed BIM models for signage systems in Revit
- Create and manage parametric families and BIM libraries
- Perform clash detection and coordination in Navisworks
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve design issues
- Produce drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs
- Maintain BIM data standards aligned with ISO 19650 and BCA requirements
- Support model updates for as-built and handover documentation
- Assist in automation workflows using Dynamo (if applicable)
- 3–5 years BIM/Revit experience
- Strong Revit and Navisworks skills
- Experience in signage, wayfinding, or interior/metal detailing preferred
- Knowledge of BIM coordination processes
- Dynamo/Python knowledge is a plus
- Detail-oriented and good team communicator
