Job Description
BIM Technician – Building Services team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality drawing documentation of MEPF services with QA and manage team hand-offs. Close coordination with BIM Coordinator, Manila engineers, counterpart Engineers and BIM Manager.
- Produce BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical and PH services using Revit MEP; agree drawing strategy, type and size of drawings and drawing numbering with project engineer and suggest methods of drawing production to ensure efficient methods of working.
- Prepare design drawings in AutoCAD for MEP services when priority requires.
- Prepare plant room layouts, sections, details and coordinated services drawings.
- Agree priorities and deadlines for drawing/model production with Project Engineer/CAD Manager.
