We are looking for high calibre Bindery Team Leaders to join our client.
Responsibilities Responsible for controlling, organizing, tasking and developing crew; controlling and use of material resources; ensuring quality and achievement of schedules; health & safety and equipment care and maintenance. Minimise potential delays in the process that would cause delays to agreed schedules and lead to equipment standing time. Reduce waste to a minimum due to the high cost of raw material. Manage and monitor a small team assigned to a machine. Ensure maximum potential output and quality is achieved for the shift period. Take responsibility for all materials required to fulfil job requirement for shift. Pass jobs for quality and ensure sample/file copies are available to agreed timescales.
