Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As a Bingo Technician, you will manage and maintain all aspects of our electronic bingo system
- Set up and maintain all electronic bingo systems, including hardware and software components, terminals, and displays
- Monitor bingo games to ensure they run smoothly, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Ensure the accuracy of electronic bingo cards and sales transactions
- Keep records of game results, financial information, and inventory levels
- Oversee and train other bingo staff members on the electronic system
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and guidelines
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions
