Job Description
The Role
ImmunoQs' Digital Analytics Lab (DAL) is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized individual to work closely with the DAL Director in supporting our clients and collaborators with the analysis of big spatial proteomics and/or transcriptomics data for cancer biomarker discovery applications. The successful candidate will also help to develop new AI-driven bioinformatics tools and improve our existing data analytics workflows, making emerging spatial omics technologies more accessible to clinicians and researchers. Responsibilities:
Perform data processing, quality control, and downstream analysis for spatial proteomics and transcriptomics datasets. Integrate multi-modal datasets (e.g., spatial protein + RNA + clinical metadata) to generate meaningful biological insights. Develop and implement data analysis workflows for new spatial omics technologies and experimental designs.
