This is a back‑office coordination role bridging our commercial and technical teams. The Biomedical Engineer – Sales Coordinator will manage pre‑ and post‑sales processes, support tender and regulatory submissions, handle product documentation, and liaise with international principals—ensuring deals move smoothly from inquiry to delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Process and track sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with field sales teams, logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Liaise with international principals for product specifications, pricing, availability, and shipment follow‑up.
- Maintain product databases, catalogues, and technical datasheets in an organised, up‑to‑date format.
