- Provide services for equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications
- Provide technical assistance to clients and clients’ end users
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
- Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
- Installs new equipment by establishing, adjusting, calibrating, and testing performance.
- Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting tests and troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions
