Job Description
This role is critical to market penetration of Web Gen through successful provision of ongoing services at customers sites. The role is accountable for managing the safe, effective, and reliable implementation of Web Gen Service which includes Risk Management, Customer and Internal Communication, Forecasting & Inventory management, Data Management, Supervision of loading and firing of the blasts, Troubleshooting and Equipment Maintenance, Progress and KPI reporting and customer relationship management.
Duties and responsibilities: Supporting the Web Gen Specialist in ongoing Web Gen service contract. Risk Management through the provision of the Web Gen Supervisory Service Adhering to all risk management processes (RA/Inductions/MHM) are undertaken for Web Gen including for any variations in design or implementation.
