About the Role
Must Have:
Strong experience with BMC TrueSight Operations Management installation, Upgrade, integration, Administration, configuration (Especially with version 10.x & later)
Strong experience in installation of Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris OS
Experience in working on knowledge modules like DB, Websphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, Sentry monitoring studio etc. along with basic KMs like OS, LOG, URL
Good to have working knowledge of custom KMs
Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent, TrueSight server component issues
Strong Experience in Event Management policy Administration, configuration
Experience in Design & implementation of integration solutions with 3rd party tools for event & performance management
Experience with TrueSight-Remedy ITSM integration, troubleshooting, enhancements
