Job Description
Lead company-wide engineering teams performing design, development, and test of integrated BMC3 capabilities. The BMC3 Systems Engineering Lead (LSE) will technically oversee teams performing development and test of integrated BMC3 offerings, aligning customer requirements with the team's overall technical capacity and maturity and ensuring that delivered capabilities meet each program's objectives. The LSE is responsible for the program technical baselines and associated deliverables, guiding the teams through project milestones while managing technical risk and tracking action items to closure. The LSE oversees the development and test of these complex systems that deliver significant impact on business and functional results. This role requires a leader capable of driving innovation in multi-domain battle management while ensuring compliance with defense standards and operational requirements.
