Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled BMS & Controls Engineer to take ownership of the automated environment within a premier facility. This role is designed for a technical specialist who can bridge the gap between traditional mechanical plant operations and modern IT-integrated building intelligence. You will act as the primary guardian of the site’s digital brain, ensuring that critical infrastructure, environmental tolerances, and smart IoT devices perform at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the on-site BMS, specifically focusing on Tridium (Niagara) and EasyIO platforms.
- Lead the planned maintenance (PPM) and reactive repair of control systems to ensure 100% uptime.
- Monitor environmental controls within specialist areas to maintain required tolerances and legislative standards.
