Client and project site deliveries and other functions during the working day and after hours as necessary; Assembly, installation, testing, and maintains Building Management System panels, equipment, devices, and wiring, using proper tools and machinery. Installation of BMS and other electrical lay out and wiring installation works. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Conduct Inspection of Building Management systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
