Role Purpose:
- BMS Technician is responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining the automated systems within a building, such as HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring the BMS to control building systems like HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), lighting, and security.
- Ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of building systems through monitoring and adjustments.
- Responding to system alarms and troubleshooting issues related to building systems.
- Monitoring and analyzing system performance data, including energy consumption.
- Maintaining detailed system logs and reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
2 - 5 years of experience as a BMS Technician in GCC
