About the role
Sytner Newport has a fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will support day‑to‑day functions of the accounts department from sales and purchase ledgers to daily cash postings and bank reconciliations. You will also assist the Dealership Accountant and Management team with other ad‑hoc duties as required. Accounts Assistants work a variety of flexible patterns between Monday and Friday, and may include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
Previous experience and good working knowledge of all accounting routines, including stock checks and month‑end reconciliations, are essential. Knowledge of the CDK/Kerridge Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office is not essential but would be advantageous.
