Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. The BCBA will support students with behavioral and developmental needs by providing assessment, intervention, and consultation services within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
