Joseph's Villa is currently recruiting for a Full-Time or Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Community Based Service and Outpatient Behavioral Treatment programs. Under the direction and guidance of the Director of Community Based Service and Clinical Supervisor of In-Home Behavioral Treatment (Licensed Behavior Analyst – LBA), the position of Behavior Analyst is responsible for assisting with all clinical aspects of the Applied Behavior Analysis program for children and adolescents with significant behavioral and developmental disabilities, within the policies and procedures of St. Responsibilities include supporting ABA staff, assisting with service delivery and clinical program development. This position actively advocates for the clients and the Villa in the community while ensuring quality services to each person served and their families.
