The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a vital role in our Specialized Needs Unit (SNU), leading the behavioral team in developing and implementing high-impact behavior treatment plans. You will conduct in-depth behavioral analyses, empower staff through procedure-based education, and provide essential training to families and caregivers.
