We are seeking a volunteer Board Member with 3–5 years of experience serving on a not-for-profit governing Board, along with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Legal : Knowledge of legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, or risk management, ideally within the non-profit or healthcare sectors
- Digital : Experience with digital transformation, IT systems, or data‑informed strategy and decision‑making
