Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC), established in 1851, is a leading global merchant and processor of agricultural goods (also called commodity trading) with more than 22 000 employees worldwide.
In 2014, the Group started to rotate to Process harmonization, Global Organizations and especially Digitalization by opening a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Finance, IT and HR based in Lyon.
Together with the CoE, the LDC Groups created a Global Finance Team, called FPSO (for Finance Processes Systems and Organization), which is reporting directly to the Group CFO and for which the aim is to:
Lead the Finance Transformation of the group
Digitalize LDC Processes and organizations
Help LDC to rotate to Finance best practices and best tools
In 2018, the Group materialized its ambition by initiated a Global Finance Transformation and Digitalization of its Back Office operations (Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Procurement, Industry). It consists into ...
