Role Overview-Part time/10-20 hours per week
As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This includes:
- Recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts
- Preparing basic financial reports
- Payroll
- Internal and external audits
- Ensuring compliance with Austrian tax regulations
🧠 Key Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., BMD, SAP, DATEV)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of Austrian tax and accounting standards
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Good command of German (English is a plus)
