Bookkeeper / Accountant
We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our behavioral health practice in Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including classifying payments and allocating bills
- Manage credit card accounts and reconcile transactions
- Process payroll
- Handle tax-related tasks and filings
- Properly allocate and track grant funding
- Work with our medical billing system (Kipu) to ensure accurate revenue posting
- Manage AHCCCS/Medicaid billing and reimbursements
What We're Looking For:
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes
- Familiarity with grant accounting
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health (preferred)
- Experience with Kipu or similar medical billing software is a big plus
