New Paradigm Venture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our company's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Process and track invoices, receipts, and payments
