Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join the Lorraine, Port Elizabeth team.
- Maintain the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Record and process financial transactions accurately in Sage Pastel Accounting.
- Perform monthly reconciliations including: Bank reconciliations, Supplier reconciliations, Customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are properly reconciled.
- Manage supplier invoices and payment processes.
- Prepare supplier payment runs.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
