Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions for our busy Truck Care Service shop in Grandview. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in bookkeeping and preferably experience in the automotive or truck service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations


• Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely and accurate manner


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports


• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting


• Work closely with the shop manager and leadership team to ensure financial health and compliance


• Handle tax reporting and coordination with external CPA as needed
