Bookkeeper Law Firm Experience Required
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper with a background in law firm accounting to join our team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, administrative tasks, and office facilities management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping: Record journal entries, process invoices, and manage accounts receivable/payable.
- Banking & reconciliations: Perform bank deposits, credit card reconciliations, and vendor account setups.
- Vendor & billing management: Communicate with vendors regarding billing matters and oversee account setup.
