Responsibilities:
+ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
+ Enter and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
+ Reconcile bank and credit card statements
+ Support month-end and year-end closing activities
+ Maintain organized financial files and documentation
+ Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections follow-up
+ Prepare basic financial reports as needed
+ Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding discrepancies
