Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to review paperwork and reporting for gas station operations. The primary focus of this role is to verify the accuracy of data submitted by store managers using established processes and built‑in spreadsheet checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for gas station locations
- Ensure data entered by store managers is accurate and complete
- Perform data entry and validation using Excel and Google Sheets
- Use pre-existing formulas to identify pricing errors, over/short discrepancies, and other inconsistencies
