Bookkeeper/ PA (Health and Safety)

Our client in the Health and Safety industry is looking to hire a Bookkeeper/ PA.
Duties and Responsibilities
Bookkeeping
- Report directly to the CEO and Financial Manager
- Experience in the FMCG sector an advantage
- Processing daily cash book.
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Overseeing and managing of our CRM system, Workflow Management software, Accounting, and Payroll systems.
- Monthly budget planning and reporting experience.
- Reconciliation of entries into the Pastel accounting system.
- Debtors and Creditors.
- Maintain the trial balance by the reconciliation of general ledgers
- Stock control management experience.
