Job Description
- Accurately entering data from invoices, receipts, and bank statements into accounting software.
- Maintaining the general ledger.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Generating financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Providing financial data to accountants and management.
- Organizing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax documents.
- Staying up to date on tax laws.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify and correct errors.
- At least 2 years experience in Bookkeeping and reconciliation
