Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the month‑end close process for both cash‑ and accrual‑basis clients using QuickBooks Online.
  • Maintain schedules in Google Sheets that support account balances.
  • Post general and adjusting journal entries.
  • Create draft reporting packets in Fathom.
  • Help onboard clients by migrating to the new chart of accounts and setting up the month‑end schedule in the project‑management software.
