Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Process and reconcile invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare and manage cash flow reports and forecasts
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
- Process journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Liaise with auditors and external accountants when required
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Support payroll processing (if required)
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
