Bookkeeper
WRS Health, a leading provider of cloud-based electronic health records (EHR) and practice management solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with a CPA background to oversee day‑to‑day financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Support payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and related tax filings.
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with external audits and tax preparation, ensuring supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
