This position plays an important role in keeping accounting activities accurate, organized, and on schedule while handling sensitive employee and financial information with care. • Oversee regular payroll processing and ensure all employee changes, deductions, and compensation updates are entered correctly and completed on time.
• Coordinate benefits administration by managing enrollments, status changes, terminations, and communication with external providers.
• Handle accounts payable activities, including reviewing invoices, assigning appropriate coding, scheduling disbursements, and maintaining vendor relationships.
