Bookkeeper - Retail/ Consumer Goods industry

Part-time (4 days/ week or 5 days/ week with reduced hours)

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.
  • Maintain supplier records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage payment runs and monitor outstanding payables.
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Generate and issue customer invoices in line with trading terms.
  • Monitor debtor balances, chase overdue payments, and maintain a clean AR ledger.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and support credit control activity.
    • Multicurrency & Reconciliations
  • Process transactions across multiple currencies and maintain accurate FX records.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across several accounts.
