We have partnered with a growing firm on their search for a Bookkeeper/AP Specialist with strong understanding of basic accounting principles. In this Bookkeeper/AP Specialist role, you will assist with cash applications, account reconciliations, financial audits, credit card statements, assist with supplier invoicing, maintain all aspects of the billing process, assist with manual check generation and ACH, assist with budgeting as needed, maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries. The ideal individual will have strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures, excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
