Job Summary
Support daily retail operations by managing POS transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, arranging merchandise displays, handling goods receiving and packing, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities- Operate the POS system accurately to process customer transactions and payments
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer inquiries to provide helpful information and support
- Arrange and display merchandise to enhance product visibility and store presentation
- Receive, pack, and label goods efficiently to ensure accurate inventory handling
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store through general housekeeping tasks
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Head of Department to support store operations
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs
