Job Title: Botox Utilization Review Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Hours & Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, mornings to 4:00 PM
Work Environment: Neurology Clinic
Salary / Hourly Rate: $20–25 per hour
