Day-in-the-life on the Bottom-End Layup LineReview the production ticket to understand the door construction, customer specifications, and the exact build required. Slide, push, pull, and pick up the cull board onto the lift table, positioning materials safely and efficiently. Retrieve materials from the glue spreader and, with careful hand placement, direct materials to the top-end layup builder. Lay out skins on cupboards, place glued components onto the skin aligned to spec, and cap with a new skin to complete the door layup. Use the foot pedal to align the lift table with the transfer cart and push the door stack onto the cart. Support other door assembly operations as assigned to keep production moving.
