Job Description
You are THE Guerlain Ambassador. You will lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands‑on management and coaching. You will manage and coach your team into building sustainable Client relationships, ensuring that every Client is treated according to Guerlain standards.
As a key responsibility of this role, you will be required to identify and analyze various business opportunities that align with our strategic goals. This entails conducting thorough market research to uncover trends, gauge customer demand, and evaluate competitor activities. By leveraging analytical tools and techniques, you will systematically assess potential avenues for growth and sustainability within our market. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store's operations and budget.
