Summary
The Boutique Manager leads and develops the boutique team to deliver exceptional client service while driving sales and achieving financial objectives. They create and implement strategies to maximize product performance, oversee boutique operations and merchandising, and uphold high standards of presentation and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to meet sales targets and deliver elevated client service.
- Set and manage goals, track sales performance and analyze CRM data to drive business growth.
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory control, security, cash procedures and health & safety compliance.
- Plan and execute events, promotions and visual merchandising in coordination with Marketing/PR and Head Office.
- Recruit, manage performance, schedule staff and ensure adequate shop floor coverage and timekeeping.
