Job Description
The Boutique Operations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end performance of Birds of Paradise's boutiques and events — owning operational standards, customer experience, visual merchandising, and commercial results across every location and activation. This role sits at the heart of how the brand comes to life for our customers: ensuring every boutique runs to the highest standard, every event is executed with the same rigour, every team member is growing, and every performance insight is turned into action.
Lead boutique & events operations
- Own end-to-end operations across all boutiques and events — customer experience and service recovery, cashiering, fulfilment and deliveries, stock and inventory, product quality, cleaning and maintenance, and visual merchandising.
