Following our curriculum, you will lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with administration. Responsibilities
- Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured practices
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Assist with some administrative matters relating to the recreational program
- Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
- Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents
