Job Overview
We are hiring a Philippines-based BPO Appointment Setter & Recruiter who will handle both recruitment and operational responsibilities. This role requires working closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth hiring processes and day-to-day operational activities within the company, while working a fixed shift of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippines Time).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles including Customer Service Representatives, Inside Sales Representatives, and Appointment Setters
- Source high-quality candidates from the Philippines using platforms such as Bossjob, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and other hiring channels
