We’re looking for a BPO Trainer who can deliver engaging training, strengthen team capabilities, and drive operational success through learning.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Background in Travel, prioritize candidates with experience handling Expedia accounts.
- At least 2 years of BPO Process Trainer experience is required
- Handling Expedia account is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering training materials including presentation materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc.
- Coordinating training schedule based on training requirements
