BPO Training Specialist — New Hire & Upskilling Coach

Teleperformance is hiring a Trainer in Kuala Lumpur to support the Customer Service team. You will facilitate training for new hires, conduct performance assessments, and help develop training materials. To qualify, you need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, 2 years of training experience in BPO, and proficiency in Malay and English.
