Libertatem Healthcare are seeking to recruit experienced brain injury support worker to support our male client who will be moving to live in Chester. Our client currently lives in Sheffield and will be moving to Chester in July.
Hours
Mon to Sun 24h shifts. Alternate weekends will be requited.
Responsibilities
· Supporting our client to access the community
· Providing encouragement and motivation
· Attending appointments
