Provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations while educating them on the appropriate banking platforms within a high‑volume service branch environment. As a Branch Advisor at FNB’s Points of Presence, you will deliver compliant, professional financial advice, support existing clients, and ensure ongoing relationship management in line with FAIS, FICA and TCF principles.
